Vacation is always a good idea.

You come home thinking you’re going to feel refreshed…

Even when I prep and plan ahead, I’m not perfect. Sometimes I get caught up in the trip, overdo it a little, and come back thinking… wow, what just happened to me
But honestly? Those are usually the most memorable trips.
So don’t stress—I’ve got some great ways to reset when those really fun trips happen.
