Laser vein removal can Recharge your legs and bring you more confidence than ever! We use the same laser for vein removal as we do for hair removal with a different tip and different settings. Our laser treats leg veins, spider veins, and reticular veins. The laser  determines the problem vein and compresses the blood vessels that create spider veins in the leg, not damaging surrounding tissue, so there’s no drawn-out recovery. This procedure can be completed on all skin types. Your Recharge Clinic provider will determine if you are a perfect candidate for laser leg vein treatments based on your skin assessment history filled out prior to your appointment.

Sclerotherapy might work better but laser vein therapy may be a better option for you if you have spider veins on your face, are allergic to the solution used for sclerotherapy, or if you are using the treatment for varicose veins instead of spider veins. Laser therapy is usually not recommended for spider veins because it is nearly impossible to inject the laser into them since the veins are so small. However, laser therapy may be preferred if you have visible patches of small blood vessels, which is a condition known as telangiectatic matting.

Although improvements in the presence of your leg veins are visible following treatment, you will need more than one laser leg vein treatment session to decrease the presence of the leg veins completely. Many patients easily tolerate laser leg vein removal treatments with light to no pain at all. Most patients go back to their everyday activities right after treatment. Although, hot showers and vigorous exercise are not advised for up to two weeks following your laser treatment. These treatments will treat the veins and leave the skin around them untouched and undamaged.
