Earlobe surgery or repair is a reconstructive surgery procedure performed to restore the appearance of earlobes. This can be done to one earlobe or both. This surgery is to fix torn or stretched earlobes due to tearing, piercing or the insertion of gauges. This is a simple surgery that can be done in a short amount of time. Very fine stitches are used to place the earlobe together perfectly with minimal scarring. Recovery for this surgery is simple and usually takes only two weeks or so. Sutures can typically be removed after one week, we just advise not to sleep on them for the week following surgery. Results are immediate and you will leave the plastics OR feeling more confident than ever!
